This document summarizes the activities of a group of students from the University of Pisa, preparing for the 2024 Air Cargo Challenge. Their goal is to design and build a RC model aircraft compliant with the competition regulations. In this first phase the team has determined all the main features of the aircraft, aiming to finish the construction within May 2024 to compete in the ACC in July.
