Sintered silver have promising packaging applications in power electronics because of its superior mechanical properties. However, it contains pore structures induced by sintering process which deeply affect its mechanical properties. Thus, we proposed a deep learning method to predict mechanical properties of porous sinter silver using data generated from phase field simulation.
