MODELLING ASTEROID TRAJECTORY IN EARTH’S ATMOSPHERE

This paper models the trajectory and physical processes involved in a hypothetical atmospheric entry of the Apophis. Two numerical methods are used and their performance compared and evaluated. The findings from this research contribute to advancing our understanding of asteroid entry dynamics and provide valuable insights for enhancing asteroid impact mitigation strategies.rnrnrnrn
