FLIGHT LOADS RESEARCH OF TWIN VERTICAL TAIL FOR BLENDED WING-BODY AIRCRAFT BASED ON STRAIN GAUGE CAILBRATION

Due to the asymmetry of the flow field, symmetrical maneuvering is an important load condition to twin vertical tails. By completing 200 symmetrical flight maneuvers at different state, based on the measured loads of a testing aircraft with advanced aerodynamic layout, the loads on the twin vertical tail were deeply analyzed first time.
