This paper presents novel linear quadratic (LQ) output-feedback synthesis conditions for stability augmentationrnsystems in a flexible aircraft. The proposed conditions have been formulated using the linear matrix inequalitiesrn(LMIs) theory to provide two different approaches: centralized and decentralized LQ with output-feedbackrnframework.
