This paper describes the process and methods used for rapid prototyping, sub-scale flight-testing and analysisrnof an aircraft design. New wings have been designed for a radio controlled flying demonstrator. The resultsrncan be used in education and research to further enhance and explore the field of Aeronautical engineering.
