OPTIMAL TRAJECTORY DEPENDENCE ON THE ATMOSPHERE MODEL FOR THE SUN-POWERED AIRPLANE

The influence of the atmosphere mathematical model on the optimal trajectory of sun-powered aircraft is analyzed. The models of atmosphere (density and solar radiation) for the different altitudes are formed and investigated. Optimal trajectories were obtained and analyzed. Simplified analytical expressions for the optimal trajectories were obtained and their accuracy was estimated.
