Real-time flight simulation of flexible aircraft is currently a challenge. The interaction between fluid, structure and flight dynamics results in mathematical models with many state variables and highly nonlinear equations, which are computationally expensive. The objective of this paper is to propose an approach for real-time flight simulation of flexible aircraft based on reduced-order models.
