When taking off from water surface, as velocity increase, the change of aerodynamic and hydrodynamic forces may cause periodic and intense “sway + heave” motion. To improve flight safety, wave resistance, and attendance of takeoff, the dynamic modeling and flight control law of seaplane during takeoff are studied. The trimmed pitch angle and stability boundary shows that the designed flight control law can improve the stability and riding qualities effectively.
