This paper investigates the mechanical properties and microstructural characteristics of C/SiC materials in a 1500?-oxidizing environment using a self-developed thermo-mechanical-oxygen coupling tensile device and SEM characterization method.Important data regarding the high-temperature tensile strength, fracture morphology, and internal microstructural evolution of C/SiC materials are obtained.
