LAMINAR FLOW TECHNOLOGY - THE AIRBUS VIEW

Laminar flow has a high potential to reduce fuel burn and to minimise environmental impact. A key element for application of this technology is a structure concept fulfilling high surface quality requirements with manufacturability at acceptable costs. The Airbus view on steps for introduction of this technology will be explained.
