For practical use in propeller design for low-dynamic aircrafts in Near Space, it is important to have high-performance low-Reynolds-number airfoils. The paper attempts to present a high-efficiency multiple-objective optimization design method for the multiple design-point problems of low Reynolds number airfoils.
