The Mobile Aircraft Tracking System (MATS) is a relatively low-cost and portable air traffic control system that provides a local capability for the detection of cooperative and non-cooperative airspace users in support of UAV operations in non-segregated civilian airspace. The performance of the MATS will be presented and discussed.
