A method to visualize ATCOs’ workloads is presented. We note ATCOs’ tasks and classify them into four task levels. These task levels are then correlated with RPD model. A new tabulated expression is presented. Real-time ATC simulation was conducted. Simulation results proved that our method can express ATCOs’ workload.
