Submitted paper deals with the whirl flutter. It describes an application of the optimization-based approach for determination of the structure critical stiffness parameters with respect to the whirl flutter stability to the real aircraft structure. It is demonstrated on the structure of the new Czech twin turboprop utility aircraft.
