First, the FCCG rate tests on 30 specimens are carried out. Then the deterministic model is established and the stochastic FCCG models are proposed and verified. At last, considering random characteristics of material parameters and load, probabilistic analysis on crack growth life of turbine disk under LCF-creep is performed
