The GoR-FM is responsible for all research and development subjects starting from the air vehicles and their flight mechanics until their integration into Air Traffic. It covers embedded sensors, actuators, systems and information technology, cockpits, ground control and human integration issues, with reference to automation for both inhabited and uninhabited aircraft.rn
