OPENVSP BASED AERODYNAMIC DESIGN OPTIMIZATION TOOL BUILDING METHOD AND ITS APPLICATION TO TAILLESS UAV

This paper presents an OpenVSP and Optimization algorithm integrated aerodynamic design optimization tool for aerial vehicles. After an overview of OpenVSP is given, user-friendly integration methods are described. The results of applying the proposed tool to a tailless UAV design are also presented.
