This paper aims to investigate the morpho structural behavior of 3D printed epoxy resin influenced by printing parameters, the periodic geometries of reactive materials, after the preliminary characterization of mechanical properties. The test specimens in this paper were made using reactive inkjet prototyping technology. The samples subjected to tribological tests were prototyped starting from a single layer and reaching a maximum of 6 layers. A batch of 6 samples with different periodic geometries was analyzed, evaluating the behavior of the material from a structural point of view.
