GENERATION OF TERRAIN PROFILE FOR TERRAIN FOLLOWING

In this paper, the terrain profile generation algorithm using radar scan data and DTED is proposed. The proposed algorithm can also use the radar scan data which are collected during lateral motion. After generating the two kinds of terrain profile, terrain profiles are fused together. The fused terrain profile can be used in the trajectory generation.
