NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF MISSILE AIR-LAUNCHED DYNAMIC PROCESS UNDER DOWNWASH FLOW OF HELICOPTER ROTOR

This paper develops the unsteady CFD numerical method for coupling solution of N-S equation and 6DoF equation based on the unstructured sliding mesh and dynamic overset mesh technology. Numerical simulation of the missile air-launching process is carried out, it reveals that the rotor downwash flow affects the trajectory and attitude of the missile obviously.
