The paper studied the internal and external conjugate heat transfer characteristics of the second cooling cavity and the trailing edge pin-fins of the real turbine blade. The mainstream inlet temperature is 709K, and the coolant inlet temperature is 300K. At the same time, single crystal superalloy DD6 is selected as the blade material. The results indicate that the thermal conductivity of solid materials cannot be ignored in the study, and the heat transfer effect of the suction side is better than that of the pressure side.
