AN INTEGRATED METHOD FOR ACCURATE IDENTIFICATION AND DYNAMIC MONITORING OF BUILDINGS IN AERODROME OBSTACLE FREE SPACE

Given the current accurate identification and dynamic monitoring of buildings, Since the shadow method of height determination based on a single high-resolution remote sensing image and the stereo pair method based on multi-view images separate the identification of building outlines or names from the monitoring of building heights, and lead to the low level of automation, the higher redundancy of data, and increase data cost. This paper presents an integrated method for accurate identification and dynamic monitoring of buildings in aerodrome obstacle free space based on time-series stereo pairs and point of interest (POI) data.
