DEVELOPMENT OF ADVANCED DESIGNS OF GAS TURBINE ENGINES FROM POWDER COMPOSITIONS

L. Magerramova, Central Institute of Aviation Motors, Russia; E. Kratt, Laboratory of New Technology, Russia

Disks and blisks of turbomachines have a large mass and are the main parts, the destruction of which can lead to dangerous consequences. Disks are subjected to static and cyclic loads during operation. Designing discs to reduce weight is a complex task. The bimetallic high-pressure turbine with cooled blades was designed. The possibilities of using additive and powder technologies are considered.
