DECENTRALIZED CONFLICT DETECTION AND RESOLUTION METHOD ACCOUNTING FOR UNCERTAINTIES OF TRAJECTORIES

We propose a new method for decentralized conflict detection and resolution accounting for the trajectory deviations due to the uncertainties in wind effect and aircraft intent. To make the problem tractable, we apply the unscented transform to represent the uncertainties combined with convexification techniques. The effectiveness of the method is confirmed through numerical simulations.
