MULTIFIDELITY AERODYNAMIC/STEALTH DESIGN OPTIMIZATION METHOD FOR FLYING WING AIRCRAFT

This work develops a varible-fidelity aerodynamic/stealth design optimization method based on surrogate-based optimization(SBO) algorithms for flying wing aircraft. We choose analysis model with two levels of fidelity for CFD simulation and RCS computation and then incorporate data with two levels of fidelity by hierarchical kriging model, which is able to improve efficiency of design effectively.
