DYNAMIC TRAILING-EDGE FLAP MOVEMENT AS A NON-CONVENTIONAL AERODYNAMIC LIFT MECHANISM

This paper investigates lift alterations of dynamic flap movements in an experimental approach and the implementation of a dynamically moving high-lift system of a civil aeroplane. The aim is to get the same lift with smaller high-lift devices to decrease system mass.
