IMPROVED WEIGHTED GRADIENT-ENHANCED KRIGING MODEL FOR HIGH-DIMENSIONAL AERODYNAMIC MODELING PROBLEMS

An adaptive weighted gradient-enhanced kriging modeling (AWGEK) method is proposed for solving high-dimensional aerodynamic design optimization problems, which provides a mechanism to determine the grouping of sample data for building submodels. Results show the advantage of AWGEK approach in both prediction accuracy and efficiency and prove that it is very promising for high-dimensional problems.
