The efficiency and weight of the high altitude propeller are the basic inputs of the power and energy system of near-space vehicles, Therefore, combining the blade element momentum theory and finite element analysis approach, an efficient aerodynamic and structural optimization design method of the composite propeller is proposed and verified in this paper.
