Q. Wang¹, C. Sun¹, B. Hao¹; ¹ Chengdu Aircraft Design and Research Institute, AVIC, China

The paper has put forward a creative training needs analysis (TNA) measures and established analysis model fitting for military aircraft. The main way of implementing this measure is: analyzing technical features of the aircraft and actual needs from the trainee for carrying out the maintenance or mission tasks;determining trainee’s admission standards and assessing their current KSA(knowledge, skill and attitude) conditions; analyzing each task’s inherent DIF(difficulty, importance and frequency)characters and corresponding KSA level which has to be acquired by the trainee for performing the task; defining training factors from KSA discrepancies between the status quo of trainees and the task, then modularly combing training factors thus accurately gaining the final results of training needs of the military aircraft.
