FAST METHOD AND AN INTEGRATED CODE FOR SONIC BOOM PREDICTION OF SUPERSONIC COMMERCIAL AIRCRAFT

This paper proposes an improved linear method for sonic boom prediction to promote its accuracy and robustness, by considering a suitable F-function and viscous effects. We develop the platform to predict sonic boom fast named FA-BOOM, which is able to make sonic boom prediction more accurate and effective in the next generation supersonic transports preliminary design.
