Data analytics and machine learning techniques are applied in this paper for the Fatigue and Damage Tolerance analysis of military aircraft structures. The Fatigue Digital Equivalent is a digitalization tool which will enable certifying the aircraft for a complete usage region instead of for just one specific usage. This will provide the operator with an optimized maintenance program and great operational flexibility, maximizing the fatigue endurance life of the structure from the very beginning of the aircraft’s operation.
