non-synchronous vibration?NSV? is a type of blade vibration phenomenon. Based on a nine stage compressor in which non-synchronous vibration and its unique vibration characteristic existed, a series of purposeful experiments and theoretical analysis were carried out.the experiments result was analysed and the mechanism of induction was elucidated in this paper.
