AN ADJOINT-BASDF AERO-STRUCTURAL DESIGN OPTIMIZATION METHOD USING DYNAMIC MESH TECHNOLOGY

In this paper an aero-structural design optimization method is built based on the adjoint approach [1] and the open CFD code (SU2). In this methodology, dynamic mesh technology is used to construct the new aerodynamic grid in each step of optimization.
