Temperature-induced loads in some hybrid structures should be considered when the aircraft is in service at extreme temperatures. The bolted composite/metal joint is taken as the typical hybrid structure to research the temperature-induced loads. The load value and the relationship of factors such as pitch of bolts and number of bolts to the bolt loads are analyzed in this paper.
