STATISTICS AND ANALYSIS OF MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND DAMAGE OF HELICOPTER COMPOSITE STRUCTURES

The manufacture defects and damage of thin layered composite structures widely used in helicopters are of great concern to researchers. In this paper, 236 inspection reports and related concession sheets of helicopter composite parts and assemblies in recent years were collected from manufacturers, and the defects and damage and their characteristics were classified and statistically analyzed.
