Through the simulation analysis and experimental research, the head pressure analysis of the integrated display helmet under normal wearing, 3.5G and 6.5G high-speed overload is studied. The pressure curve of the head under different combat conditions is obtained through research, and the pressure is affected. The factors of comfort were analyzed. The test was carried out by using a head pressure test device. The pilot was overloaded by adding breeding at the head, and then the pressure curve of the head was tested. According to the pressure distribution curve, the pressure curve of the pilot's head was performed. The finite element method is used for simulation calculation.
