ANALYSIS OF A WING-TIP-MOUNTED SMALL-SCALE PROPELLER CONFIGURATION UNDER NON-AXIAL INFLOW CONDITIONS

Most propellers for UAVs are designed for axial inflow conditions although they may experience highly yawed inflow conditions during horizontal flight. To improve the aerodynamic efficiency a better understanding of the flow-fields is demanded. Therefore, an isolated and ducted small-scale propeller is operated at a wide range of inflow angle.
