Appearances of high heat flux zones and the early laminar-turbulent transition on the windward surface of the delta wing with blunted leading edges have a critical significance high speed aicrafts and was observed in experiments during 40 years. These effects had not explanations, which are presented only in in this work using the phenomenon of longitudinal vortexes formation and effects of their interaction with the hypersonic boundary layer.
