RESEARCH ON ARCHITECTURE FRAMEWORK MODEL BASED EVALUATION INDEX FOR AVIATION SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT

The aviation Science & Technology (S&T) management activities were analyzed based on Zackman model, and the evaluation mode for aviation S&T management has been established based on the five-element model, including a set of assessment index. Finally, some case studies have been provided to prove the feasibility of evaluation model.
