Liquid Composite Molding (LCM) is one of the most important and promising process for composites part manufacturing. Resin flows through the gaps inter tows and porous media intra tows is the key step of this process. In this study, CHNSD (Cahn-Hilliard-Navier-Stokes-Darcy) method is implemented to simulate the two phases free flow and porous media flow at meso scale. Results are compared with previous work and methods. Influence of different parameters is also explored.
