The convergence of technologies enables new architectures of small UAS bridging capability gaps. Understanding relationships between requirements and architectures is paramount. A process using automated design and rapid manufacturing via additive manufacturing is developed. Decision makers better understand the capabilities of small UAS architectures and users get tailor-made UAS within 20 hours.
