INCREASED FLUTTER VELOCITY WITH USE OF A PASSIVE CONTROL SYSTEM

This paper will evaluate a mathematical model of 3 degrees of freedom, with different coupling factors between flaps (leading and trailing edges) for increased flutter velocity, known as the LAMBIE model1.
