PROBABILISTIC METHOD OF DETERMINATION OF ALLOWABLE DESIGN PARAMETER SCATTERS ON FLUTTER AND STRENGTH CRITERIA

This paper proposes a probabilistic method to solve a problem of determination of allowable scatters in structural and load parameters at the assumption that with the failure probability and safety factor are given. The method has been applied to evaluation of probabilistic characteristics of the optimized wing structures for passenger aircraft.
