INFLUENCE OF GULL WING ON LONGITUDINAL AND LATERAL-DIRECTIONAL COEFFICIENTS OF AN AIRPLANE

This project aims at evaluating the impact of different gull wings (multi dihedral) on the longitudinal and lateral-directional coefficients of a typical airplane configuration. Analyses using analytical, computational and experimental methods were performed. Results indicate good agreement between the first two methodologies, and experimental data showed a behavior not modeled by literature.
