NUMERICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL VALIDATION OF UNITIZED BEAM MODEL

This work deals with the numerical and experimental validation of a unitized box beam model for the preliminary aeroelastic investigation of future transport aircraft. In the manuscript the derivation of the equivalent model is presented. The effect of the load onto the stiffeners geometry is investigated. Numerical and experimental data are reported.
