The dual crack simultaneous growth in different, but cooperative, lugs is one example of a scenario that the NASGRO software (wide spread tool used in crack growth analysis) do not predict. This way, this paper’s objective was to study this crack growth scenario. A FEA model was developed and validated to be used as a design tool. It was proposed another way to evaluate the beta-curve.
