THE INFLUENCE OF BIODYNAMIC FEEDTHROUGH ON HANDLING QUALITIES

This paper deals with the introduction of biodynamic feedthrough effect into handling qualities, by evaluating frequency domain criteria for PIO prediction such as the Bandwidth Phase Delay. Different aircraft elasticity levels and flexibility formulations are also considered. Simulations considering a complete pilot model comprising compensatory control and biodynamic feedthrough will be used.
