AEROELASTIC TAILORING OF COMPOSITE WING BY USING MULTIDISCIPLINARY DESIGN ENVIRONMENT

The paper considers different aspects of aeroelastic structural optimization of civil medium rangernaircraft wing. The goal is to minimize structural weight at satisfying both strength andrnaeroelasticity constraints.The optimal stacking sequences of different laminate zones, sweep angle of wing tip part and distribution of structural parameters such as skin/web thicknesses and etc. were determined.
