STUDY ON LARGE-SCALE FLIGHT DELAY RECOVERY

First of all, the study of large-area flight delay recovery is of great importance in reducing the economic loses and safety risks. Secondly, different from the previous studies mainly considered the airline recovery, this paper begins with a perspective of airspace traffic network. Moreover, the new method presented in this paper is better than other methods such as genetic algorithm.
